About Us
C.A. Heath is a locally owned general contracting
operation serving South King, Pierce, and Thurston counties, as well as other areas by referral. Conrad Heath, company
President, has over 45 years experience in all facets of residential & commercial roof application. Unusual to the
industry is Conrad’s background which also extends to related skills including extensive building knowledge, (Conrad
has been a journeyman carpenter since the 1970's), and his additional experience in home design having worked successfully
for a major remodeling firm in the 1980's. Every project, regardless of size or scope is personally overseen and directed
by Conrad. In addition all technicians go through Heath’s comprehensive and detailed journeyman level roofing and
building training program to assure the highest levels of skill and performance in a broad range of job types. This attention
to detail and personal concern assures optimal performance and customer satisfaction for each & every project.
(Highly unique to the construction field nearly 98% of customers who make contact following their first project use Heath
again). C.A. Heath is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau with a long time "A+" rating. C.A.
Heath also belongs to most major trade organizations including those state wide and national, including The National Association
of Home Builders, (NAHB), Master Builders Association, (MBA), Roofing Contractors Assn. of Washington, (WRCA), National Roofing
Contractors Assn., (NRCA), & the Tacoma-Pierce County
Chamber of Commerce. Conrad and his family have lived in the South Sound area for over 22 years, and his now grown children
have worked for C.A. Heath and reside locally also. Conrad's occupation is "Home Improvements", as is his passion
on and off the job.
